LoL! hay Gray Cat i really wasn't expecting response from you I just thought I would leave a little message and you might get to some time in the future. So glad you still check in on DA I have been doing the same not posting but regularly checking in. And yes I guessed that what happened with you that you had caved to the pressure as we spoke about every thing you were going through. What happened with me was my tablet broke on me where the wire goes into the tablet its the same thing that often happens with head phones. This was frustrating as i had just got allot of new art software 2 days before then about a month later it was a problem with the PC mother board so the hole thing has to be replaced. I have not got a new table yet as the one I want is crazy expensive but I have a really good pc now All of these things put together have caused me to have a crisis of fath that may i should forget about art. However I'm over that now I have spent a small fortune on art supplies and and I am tiring to get really good at art the abstract pics i have upload are just me get used to painting with acrylics. Abstract art a good place to start but I will be trying my hand at all forms of art. The real question now is can I make it as a self taught artist I think this it's possible to do so with no formal education the real challenge as I see it is self motivation. I think we spoke about this before that the good thing about going to college is they push you do work can I be my own task master.I think I can do this in the last month I have done 25 paintings I did not post them all as some friends came to stay and took most of them away before I could dig out my camera but I have been doing about 3 hours a day of painting I figure I need to do about 5 hours a day if I really want to get good. I will get a new tablet as soon a money affords it as I wish to master a broad variety of mediums. It has been absolutely fantastic to hear for you and I sincerely hope we can stay friends in to the future although I fully understand your life must be mental at the moment and I do not expect you to be very active on DA.
